Day 5 Cleanse Phase (Don't give my Choices)

Day 5
Breakfast this morning was quite filling, and that is surprising.  Watermelon Spark®, Advocare Meal Replacement Shake Chocolate Flavored, and Catalyst that was Breakfast. I realized this morning how easy things are when everything is planned out for me. I’m not saying that putting things in baggies is end all and be all but the few choices I have the better I am at my good ones. I ate this meal which on the face of it would seem pretty meager but it was substantial. I am convinced that on a normal schedule this program would work twice as well.
Being that today was Sunday I didn’t do any exercise. I feel that if I devote that day to God he will bless my efforts that other days of the week and I will get more out of those workouts. So todays post is more on my meals which if you have read my previous posts are fairly similar.
Lunch was 4 eggs scrambled with ketchup. I wanted pickles for some reason so I had a few and I ate 3 tomatoes like apples accept I salted them. I also had my fruit in grapes.
Dinner consisted f an AdvoBar  Meal chocolate peanut butter, ¼ of a whole wheat waffle, and 1 cup of grapes. Later I had more eggs with onions peppers and tomatoes. I finished off the night with my cleanse pills and my OmegaPlex® caplets.  On a side note my knees hurt today. That hike really kicked my butt.
